Letter to Keir Starmer to express concern over recent statements by Donald Trump about plans for further ethnic cleansing in Palestine.

On behalf of the British Palestinian Committee (BPC), we write to express our profound alarm at recent statements made by US president Donald Trump announcing plans for the further ethnic cleansing of Palestine, including the occupation and colonisation of Gaza by the US, and the prospective annexation of the West Bank by Israel. We call on the UK government to take immediate, effective action to oppose these plans, end its own complicity in measures that violate the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, and seek urgent accountability for all violations of international law.
